The New Zealand Cider Festival is back for 2020
The New Zealand Cider Festival is back for its fourth year on Saturday, November 7th in Nelson at Founder's Heritage Park, hot on the heels of a sold-out event in 2019. Proving that the popularity of Cider is on trend and worthy of its own dedicated Festival celebrating the diversity of this tasty and versatile beverage.

Alcohol is always best enjoyed in moderation. There are many Ciders available for you to enjoy in small quantities. Please respect yourself and others by drinking responsibly.

Upon entry your ticket will be scanned, this can either be a paper ticket or you can show your digital ticket on your phone (no photo's accepted)

All ticket holders over 18 years will be given a wristband and event staff may ask you for I.D. Valid identification is the responsibility of the attendee. Failure to present valid photo identification (NZ drivers license, 18+ card or passport) will result in denial of entry with no refund offered.

There will be a FREE courtesy loop van/bus thanks to our Safe Transport Partners Bowater Toyota going from the Nelson I-Site to Founders Park and return every half hour starting from 12:30pm on the day.

From Founders, Nelson Coachlines will be running into town starting from 6pm and finishing 7.30pm.

The team at Waste No More will be providing recycling and compost bins located at many places around Founders Park. Please help us to help the environment by utilising all the recycling facilities. If in doubt, please ask one of the event crew where to dispose of your waste.

Ensure you drink plenty of water throughout the day, water will be available at every Cider Maker stall as well as water stations throughout the park….We encourage you to bring your own refillable water bottle. Please ensure it is empty on arrival through the gates.
Remember to keep sun-safe, slap on that sunscreen and don't forget your sunnies! Need sunscreen? Look out for our sunscreen stations on the map.
