BUS TRANSPORT to Cider Festival
Thanks to the team at Go Bus Transport you can now grab a bus ticket to the festival and back safely.

DEPARTURE TIMES
All Buses depart at 12.30pm
Please be on time, buses will not wait!
Return bus leaves Cider Festival at 7:15pm

Please ensure you have your bus ticket (either printed or on your phone) PLUS your Cider Festival entry ticket.

Bus tickets MUST be pre-purchased, there are no on-the-day sales.

PICK UP LOCATIONS

Napier – buses depart from The National Aquarium, Napier.

Taradale – bus will depart from the Lee Road Bus stop opposite Macdonald’s car park.

Hastings – buses will depart from the Cenotaph, Russel St South.

Havelock North – buses depart from the Havelock North i-Site, Te Aute Road.

OVERNIGHT PARKING at Cider Festival
Overnight parking is available onsite at the Cider Festival for Certified Self-contained (CSC) vehicles only

VENUE: Tomoana Showgrounds, Kenilworth Road, Hastings
COST: $25 per vehicle – parking tickets must be purchased in advance, there will be no on-the-day sales. Limited parking capacity.

Overnight parking is only available on Friday 3rd & Saturday 4th November.

IMPORTANT – please ensure you read and understand the below terms & conditions about parking a CSC vehicle at NZ Cider Festival 2023

Only Certified Self-contained Vehicles (CSC) will be allowed to park overnight.

You will need to produce a valid self-contained certificate on request.

Bookings are limited and must be pre-booked. No on-the-day gate sales.

Overnight parking is only available on Friday 3rd & Saturday 4th November.

Details about specific parking location within the Tomoana Showgrounds, gate entry etc. will be emailed closer to the event.

Details about specific arrival/check-in times will be emailed closer to the event.

On arrival, event organizers will check-in each vehicle and record vehicle registration and camper contact information.

All CSC vehicles parking overnight at the NZ Cider Festival must comply with all Cider Festival crew instructions.

NZ Cider Festival reserves the right to restrict entry to anyone that does not comply with crew instructions.

No lighting is provided, all vehicles/attendees must provide own lighting

Campers much pack in/pack out own rubbish, there will be no waste bins provided onsite

Campers are responsible for ensuring there is no damage to showground property and grass/camping areas
-
CSC Vehicles must be parked 3m apart and can only park within the designated are of the showgrounds
