Peckham's Cidery & Orchard
As uncompromising cidermakers, Alex and Caroline Peckham create exciting, orchard-driven ciders that showcase the character of the true cider apples they grow on their Upper Moutere orchard. They have been pushing the boundaries of cidermaking since 2004 and have been awarded Champion NZ Cider for the last 3 years.
Starting way back in the 1930s, Rochdale, New Zealand's oldest cidery embarked on a journey to produce the world's best cider combining pure glacial water with the finest New Zealand crushed apples. Handcrafted and refined over time, the principles, however, have remained the same – to create pure cider from the finest crushed New Zealand apples and pears and glacial water.
At Sprig & Fern, “craft beer and cider” means more than a quirky name or a funky bottle. It’s about combining malt, hops, innovation and precision in a way that sets apart everything we create. We don’t pasteurise our beer or cider so we don’t affect the great flavours and when you taste one ... you’ll know why. Enjoy!
We’re a small cider company from Nelson, the capital of NZ cider. Breaking the mould of the old world with modern, bold & innovative new world ciders. Real ciders that bridge the gap between craft beer & wine, bringing fruit to the fore. Cleaner, fresher, drier.
From the family who bought you the highly awarded Tohu Wines, this cheeky fresh cider will tantalise your taste buds. Tutū is made from 100% local Fuji apples, from our orchards in Motueka. We’re proud to be gluten free and low in sugar – giving Tutū a clean, fresh and crisp taste.
