By purchasing a ticket you automatically agree to the NZ Cider Festival terms and conditions outlined below.


Under 18s FREE - but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.


Please note: Tickets are exclusive of booking and credit card fees.

Bus Tickets

The awesome team at Nimon and Sons Ltd are providing buses from Hastings, Havelock & Napier to get you to and from The NZ Cider Festival - just $22 return!



Important information

  1. Doors open from 1pm on Saturday 12 February

  2. Please be patient on arrival - due to ongoing COVID19 requirements, there may be delays.

  3. If there are gate sale tickets available, there will be a separate line for these

  4. Upon entry you will be asked for your ticket, this can either be a printed paper ticket or you can show it on your phone

  5. All ticket holders over 18 years will be given a wristband and event staff may ask you for I.D. 
    Proper identification is the responsibility of the attendee. Failure to present proper, valid photo identification (NZ drivers license, 18+ card or passport) will result in denial of entry with no refund offered

  6. If you have a child or under 18yr old with you, they/you will be asked to provide their details for contact tracing purposes

  7. Security will be checking bags

  8. You may bring in a picnic chair or blanket, in fact, it is encouraged.

  9. Please do not bring any food or drinks with you, there is free freshwater on-site and food to purchase

  10. Remember to Slip, slop, slap... there will be free sunscreen provided and various shade options

  11. PLEASE NOTE: There will be NO cash-out facilities so therefore EFTPOS and credit card payment is preferred

  12. Entry to the event automatically grants permission to official event photographers to take event photographs that may
    feature the image of the attendee. Photographic rights will be retained by the promoters of NZ Cider Festival and the images may be used for future marketing purposes. 

  13. No animals are permitted at the venue except guide dogs. 

  14. Intoxicated persons will be required to leave the event. The right of admission is reserved.



  1. In the event of an industrial disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances that disrupt the event, the event organisers accept no responsibility

  2. The information on the event website and in the printed collateral is correct at the time of publication however, the event organisers reserve the right to change information

  3. The event organisers disclaim any and all liability to any person in respect of the consequences of any failure to operate, accident or injury which may occur on services reserved and ticketed by Nelson Venues Ltd or where operator error or accident is the cause

Booking & Ticket Conditions

  1. The NZ Cider Festival will take place regardless of the weather (within reason)

  2. The right is reserved to add, withdraw or substitute artists and vary the advertised programme

  3. No glass bottles, cans or alcohol of any kind may be brought into this event

  4. Legal photographic I.D. may be required to be shown to prove a ticket-holder is over 18

  5. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or caregiver, with a valid event ticket

  6. I.D. may be required to be shown to prove a ticket-holder is under 18 to receive free entry

  7. All bags/containers brought into the event may be subject to a full search

  8. Intoxicated persons will not be served alcohol and will be required to leave the event

  9. Purchase of a ticket automatically grants permission to official event photographers to take event photographs that may feature the image of the ticket holder. Photographic rights will be retained by The NZ Cider Festival and the images may be used for future marketing of The NZ Cider Festival

  10. No animals are permitted at the venue, the exception is guide dogs.

  11. The right of admission is reserved

  12. NZ Cider Festival tickets will be refunded if the event is cancelled by the event organiser for reasons outside of our control. Please note that tickets cannot be refunded due to a change of mind.
